VACATING POLICY: To vacate your unit and avoid any future fees or charges you must: 1. Remove all items from your storage unit as well as from the property and leave the unit broom clean. Leaving items in the unit or anywhere on the property will lead to a $125 cleaning fee. 2. You must remove your lock from the storage unit door. If the lock is not removed you will continue to be charged rent and fees since we can not rent the unit to anyone else. 3. Your account balance must be paid in full for a move-out to be processed.
